Design for this simple blog website was provided by designer Dawn Barnhart. For this site we developed the blog using WordPress but the Astra Theme. This theme lets people who are not heavy developers easily have control over the site to create a sitewide custom header and footer as well as options to set up the basic layouts of the website. This theme is meant for users that will not need to scale but has the capabilities to move to a scaling framework later. It also is integrated with beaver builder so it works as a BB Theme opposed to a plugin.
